At I Can’t, We Can Recover, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item sent

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
