At I Can’t, We Can Recover, each piece is created with intention and made specifically for you. This allows us to deliver meaningful, high-quality products while minimizing waste.


Processing & Delivery

All orders are made to order and processed within 2–5 business days.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.


Shipping & Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on production.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided.


Delays, Loss, or Theft

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.


International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
